Please download the RMA-Form, fill it out and mail or fax to us. Please make sure that Error description really describes the fault. Descriptions like just "defective" will not be accepted. Valid descriptions are e.g. "DOA" (Dead on Arrival), "no recognition of HDDs", "Power Supply without voltage".
The more accurate your error description is, the faster will you get back your claimed product.

You will get an RMA-Number from us. Please mark it on the Form.

Please send defect parts to us free of transport together with the filled-out form.
